Prof. Dr. Sabrina Schell is Professor of New Work and heads the Institute for New Work at Bern University of Applied Sciences, Business School. She is an expert in new forms of work and the future of work. As an expert in family businesses, she also works on business succession, innovation and self-organization in organizations.
Alongside her academic work, she is a systemic coach and Chair of the Supervisory Board of NEOMATIC AG. She is a member of the Academy of Management, IFERA and EURAM.
Sabrina Schell lives in Cologne and Bern. You will often find her with headphones on, listening to the latest podcast, or with a book in hand.

Training as a systemic coach at the INEKO Institute of the University of Cologne. Member since 2020, Chair of the Supervisory Board of NEOMATIC AG since 2022.
Institute for Organization and Human Resources, focus on family business research. From 2017 also self-organization and Holacracy as a research topic. Habilitation in business administration in September 2023.
