The Institute for New Work at the Business School of Bern University of Applied Sciences researches how work is changing and what this means for people, organizations and society. I head the institute.
We shape a world of work in which people and organizations grow together and sustainably. So that work gives more than it takes.
Its focus areas are new forms of work and organization, human resource management in transition and the design of human-centred working worlds, in research, teaching and exchange with practice.
As a researcher, I stand for interdisciplinarity, methodological diversity, openness and scientific ethics.
